• Ayudar a los pacientes a encontrar medicamentos de venta sin receta sin hacer recomendaciones.
• Operar una caja registradora.
• Capacidad para representar una cultura de afecto y la búsqueda de la excelencia™ a través de las bases firmes de Big Y™ (Carácter, colaboración, desarrollo personal, acciones y resultados.)
• MA Capaz de pasar la inscripción de técnico farmacéutico después de 500 1000 horas de capacitación.
• CT Debe completar el proceso de solicitud estatal y trabajar con un técnico registrado durante 30 días para poder inscribirse.
• Debe tener título secundario, GED o debe estar inscripto en un programa GED.
• Debe completar una capacitación en HIPAA.
• Debe proyectar una imagen de pulcritud y profesionalismo.
• Debe poder trabajar en equipo con una actitud positiva y conducta pragmática.
• Capacidad para operar siguiendo las políticas, los procedimientos y las normas de la compañía.
• Capacidad para trabajar horarios flexibles de acuerdo con las necesidades de la farmacia.
• Atención a los detalles, precisión, capacidad para establecer prioridades y realizar seguimientos.
• Poseer excelentes habilidades organizativas, interpersonales y comunicativas.
• Capacidad para aprender y utilizar aplicaciones informáticas.
• Debe tener 18 años de edad.
• Debe dar su consentimiento para una prueba de detección de drogas y una investigación de antecedentes, y debe pasarlas.
