Job Summary:

• As a Front Desk Associate , you are the first and last impression of the Crunch brand.
• You play a vital role in creating a high-energy, positive atmosphere while delivering exceptional customer service.
• This position is performance-based and includes engaging with prospective members, selling memberships, promoting club services, and ensuring every guest and member has an outstanding experience.
