RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review vehicle sales transactions for accuracy and completeness
  • Accurately post all vehicle sales transactions to appropriate journals and accounts on a daily basis
  • Review and reconcile customer receivable schedules
  • Ensure that month-end and daily deadlines are met
  • Receive and process paperwork from the F&I Department
  • Prepare checks for payoffs, referrals, refunds, etc.
  • Costing and finalizing deals to accounting
  • Prepare, submit and monitor funding of bank contracts
  • Read and interpret legal documents
  • Effectively present information to customers or dealership personnel
  • Maintain reports and / or logs of daily new and used deal activity
  • Work under pressure in a fast paced, high volume atmosphere
  • Ability to multitask

    • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Automotive dealership experience preferred
  • Must have a positive attitude and thrive in a team environment
  • Availability to work overtime during month-end as needed
  • Detailed oriented
  • Self-starter who can work independently but take direction as needed.
  • Excellent follow-up skills
  • Organized with ability to independently manage priorities
