This is a production-focused role designed for a competitive, goal-oriented professional who thrives on prospecting, cross-selling, and closing. You will work warm leads, generate outbound opportunities, conduct policy reviews, and convert conversations into revenue. Service matters — but growth is the priority.

What You’ll Do - Drive new business through outbound calls, referrals, and lead follow-up
- Conduct thorough policy reviews and uncover cross-sell opportunities
- Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
- Handle objections confidently and ask for the sale
- Strengthen client relationships to increase retention and referrals
- Track pipeline activity and production metrics
- Collaborate with team members to exceed office sales goals
Pennsylvania Licensing Requirements Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required prior to starting
If not currently licensed, PA P&C must be obtained before Day 1
Pennsylvania Life, Accident & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of hire
Full licensing support and onboarding guidance provided
What We’re Looking For - Sales-driven mindset with a proven record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Confidence leading coverage conversations and closing business
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable handling both warm and cold sales activity
- Organized, disciplined, and performance-focused
- Insurance or financial services sales experience preferred
