Job Title: Operator
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Compensation: $18.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: 1st shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00am–3:30pm

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Operators for a manufacturing company in Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce quality products and ensure timely shipments to customers in a clean, safety-focused environment. If you enjoy hands-on work and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You’ll Do as an Operator:
  • Operate up to 4 automatic presses efficiently
  • Inspect parts visually and perform basic dimensional checks using gages and calipers
  • Trim parts and inspect using a microscope when required
  • Monitor parts for defects and report issues to technicians or supervisors
  • Complete required paperwork and maintain clean workstation
  • Perform housekeeping duties and assist with production assignments
What You Need to Bring to the Operator Role:
  • Ability to stand or sit for an 8+ hour shift
  • Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Good hand-eye coordination and ability to handle small parts
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions in English
  • High school diploma or GED (entry-level welcome; 1–3 months experience preferred)
  • Reliale transportation to Minneapolis, MN
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening if required
