Position Summary
The Inpatient Social Worker will be responsible for providing quality case management and psychotherapeutic services to patients and their families.

Education : Master’s Degree in a behavioral science or mental health related field required.
Experience : Clinical and administrative experience in an inpatient and outpatient mental health setting preferred. Possess general knowledge of all areas of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment.
Age-Specific Competencies : Adults
Licensure/Certification : CPR and CPI certification training provided upon hire.
Other : Ability to relate well with treatment professionals; Ability to mobilize and coordinate staff resources; skills in dealing courteously with the public and individuals within the organization and counseling centers; organizational skills; ability to keep information highly confidential; ability to meet deadlines; basic data entry skills preferred; time management skills.
HIPAA : Has access to and adds information to the Medical Record. May only access medical record of assigned patients.
