Account Acquisition & Onboarding
Territory Management & Revenue Growth
Strategic Relationship Management
Budtender Training & Incentives
Promotions, Events & Portfolio Execution
Merchandising & POST Placement
Inventory Management & Sample Distribution
Order Management, SKU Optimization & New Door Authorizations
Compliance, Market Insights & Reporting
2-3 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in consumer goods or retail.
Cannabis sector knowledge is a plus, but not required.
Must have reliable transportation with a clean driving record.
Comfortable working independently in the field across a defined territory with regular travel.
Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities to meet deadlines.
Proficiency with tools like Outfield CRM, Leaflink, NABIS, Slack, Alpine IQ, and Asana.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline is preferred but not essential.
$50,000 annually + great commission package based on performance
Based in North California, San Francisco
Monday to Friday | 9am - 5pm
Must be available to travel over weekends when necessary
