This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to balance people, performance, and profitability.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding service and results.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and high standards.
• Develop and implement business strategies that drive sales and growth.
• Hire, train, and mentor staff to build a motivated, high-performing team.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
• Foster vendor and community relationships to support business success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous management experience (restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and analyze financial performance.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• A degree in Business or related field is a plus, but not required.
