This full-time Insurance & Financial Services role is conveniently located in Irving - Las Colinas. As a financial services representative, you will be responsible for managing prospects, designing sales strategies, implementing marketing tactics, developing & working leads, networking, setting daily/weekly & monthly goals, educating prospects, cultivating relationships with customers, identifying & uncovering additional needs. You will also collaborate with other office team members to role play, build new skills and develop abilities that will last a lifetime.
In addition to helping members of the community protect what matters most to them through insurance products, you will also be educating customers on the importance of investing and saving for retirement through State Farm's suite of advisory & brokerage products.
Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Sales Commissions & Team Bonuses
- Annual salary & compensation range based on monthly sales results
Qualifications & Requirements: - Must be located in the DFW metroplex and eligible for employment in the United States.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Meet or exceed daily sales activities (outbound calls, quotes provided, talk-time, product sales)
- Willingness to invest in yourself and think long-term as an insurance & financial services advisor.
- Must obtain Texas Insurance Licenses prior to starting and being employed by the office. Both are preferred. Exam study materials & license fee is reimbursed upon joining and becoming employed by the office. Bonuses available for passing exams.
- Property & Casualty License and/or
- Life & Health License
- Eventually the individual must obtain securities licenses which would include studying for & passing the SIE, Series 63 and Series 65 licenses. State Farm and the office will sponsor you for any other license requirements such as the Series 6.
- Comfortable and motivated by a compensation structure that includes both a base salary & commission.
