Azad, Inc is seeking a Senior C# Sofware Engineer for a full time, W2 positions based in Beaverton, OR. This positions is full-time on-site in Beaverton, Oregon, and the hourly pay rate range for this position is $72.00 - $78.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package. About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior C# Software Engineer to join our team and take ownership of complex software development initiatives. This role involves designing, integrating, and maintaining large-scale systems while collaborating across teams to ensure stability, scalability, and performance. The ideal candidate is an experienced problem-solver who can work independently, contribute to architectural decisions, and provide technical guidance when needed. Responsibilities: Lead development and integration of large, complex codebases (, merging multiple subsystems into unified releases). Design, implement, and maintain C#/.NET applications with a focus on scalability and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues, including diagnosing issues introduced by other teams and implementing long-term fixes (, logging and diagnostic improvements). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system integration. Drive cleanup, refactoring, and optimization efforts to improve overall code quality and maintainability. Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and best practices to mid-level and junior engineers. Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and sprint planning. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and team efficiency. Qualifications: 6+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on C# and .NET technologies. Proven experience working on large-scale system integrations, refactoring, or multi-system code merges. Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across distributed systems. Familiarity with version control (Git, Azure DevOps, or similar). Experience with subsystems such as machine control, diagnostics, safety, or physical components is a strong plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Experience in mentoring or technical leadership roles. Familiarity with hardware/software integration environments. Knowledge of logging, diagnostics, and system monitoring best practices. Agile development experience.
