AquaSafe Pool Management is hiring Seasonal Pool Maintenance Technicians to support spring preparation for the 2026 pool season. This role focuses exclusively on vacuuming and brushing pools to prepare them for opening.
This is a 30–40 hour per week position with the opportunity to transition into a Supervisor, Pool Manager, or Lifeguard role for the remainder of the 2026 season.
Vacuum and brush 20–30 assigned pools within a designated service area
Remove debris, algae, and buildup from pool surfaces
Ensure pools are clean and prepared for seasonal opening
Follow AquaSafe safety and quality standards
Communicate progress and any maintenance concerns to management
This role does not require chemical balancing, repairs, or technical service work.
30–40 hours per week
Primarily weekday daytime hours
Spring seasonal position with continuation opportunities into summer 2026

Certified Lifeguard

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Comfortable with physical activity, including repetitive movement
Reliable transportation preferred
Attention to detail and strong work ethic
Prior pool or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
Consistent hours during the Spring and Summer seasons
Competitive hourly pay $16.00-$20.00 based on experience.
Hands-on, active role with opportunities to learn specialized skills.
