[job_card.job_description]Design, develop, and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc. that will inform and influence data-driven decisions for business operations. Develop high-quality queries and visualizations for ad-hoc requests and projects, as well as ongoing reporting. Develop self-service automated solutions to minimize manual processes with a focus on efficiency and scalability. Use analytical and statistical rigor to solve complex problems and drive business decisions that will help us achieve our strategic goals. Assist in the development of key metrics and performance indicators to measure overall performance and provide a foundation for continuous improvement. Conduct deep dive investigations into operations execution and business problems, identify opportunities, and lead or support implementation Partner with internal stakeholders across multiple teams, gathering requirements and delivering end-to-end solutions. Learn and understand a broad range of data resources and know how, when, and which to use. 3+ years of experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, Power BI, or similar tools 3+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL, etc.. Advanced experience using SQL and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS Excellent communication skills, equally adept at working with engineers as well as business leaders Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or equivalent quantitative field Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift Experience in data mining, ETL, etc., and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets Understanding of overall system architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance in a database environment Experience with SAP or similar inventory systems Master's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or equivalent quantitative field
