Compensation, Shift, & Location Details

• Pay Rate: $15.00 /hr (Base) + $1.00 increase upon direct hire
• (1st Shift) Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Location: Moraine, OH 45439
• Experience: 6+ months in assembly (additional manufacturing experience in automotive parts is preferred)

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you aren’t just a number; you are the final checkpoint for quality automotive parts.

• Blueprint-Guided Assembly: Read and interpret work instructions and blueprints to build components to exact specifications.
• Quality Auditing: Inspect and test parts during the assembly process. You’ll be trained to spot even the smallest defects to ensure safety.
• Inventory Logistics: Manage your own workspace by labeling parts, picking inventory, and delivering components to keep the line moving.
• Continuous Improvement: Practice 6S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) to maintain a world-class workspace.
• Team Troubleshooting: Collaborate with your team to solve production delays and improve assembly procedures.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a manufacturing, assembly, or fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read simple blueprints, follow written memos, and perform basic math (calculating rates and ratios).
• The "Lean" Mindset: A willingness to learn and practice One-Piece Flow and Setup Reduction techniques.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for your shift and frequently lift/move up to 35 lbs.
