Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead and manage cleaning and maintenance operations.

The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency while fostering a positive and productive environment.

You will manage and train housekeeping staff, coordinate daily operations, and conduct inspections to ensure compliance with hotel standards.

Your responsibilities will also include managing inventory, addressing guest inquiries, and maintaining safety protocols.

Core Job Responsibilities & Duties Oversee all housekeeping operations and ensure exceptional cleanliness and presentation.

Conduct quality control inspections of guest rooms and report any deficiencies to management to maintain compliance with hotel standards.

Manage and train housekeeping staff, creating a cohesive and efficient team.

Develop and maintain cleaning schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of materials.

Implement and uphold safety procedures and hygiene standards.

Address and resolve any guest complaints professionally.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations (if applicable).

Adhere to key control protocols to ensure the security of guest rooms and hotel property.

Qualifications Proven experience in a leadership role within housekeeping or hospitality.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to excellence.

Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.

Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and techniques.

Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, pushing, and using ladders.

Ability to adapt to changing demands and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills to address issues effectively and efficiently.

Always maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

Additional Requirements Proficiency in English and Spanish preferred. Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to tolerate environmental factors such as humidity, cold/heat, dust and noise.
