Children’s Lighthouse Parker – Parker, CO

What You’ll Do:


  • Partner with the Center Director to lead daily school operations

  • Coach, mentor, and support teachers

  • Create a warm, welcoming experience for families

  • Maintain licensing standards and ensure program quality

  • Support enrollment, retention, and overall school success

What We’re Looking For:


  • Experience in early childhood education (leadership experience preferred)

  • Positive attitude and strong leadership presence

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Passion for developing both children and team members

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
