Intermediate AEM Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom components, templates, and workflows in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) using Java, HTL, and other cutting-edge technologies.
• Seamlessly integrate data sources and backend systems with AEM to ensure smooth data flow and maintain consistency.
• Architect and implement APIs to facilitate efficient communication between AEM and external systems, driving seamless integration.
• Harness the power of AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, and API Gateway, to deliver robust cloud-based solutions.
• Lead the deployment of AEM applications to cloud environments, prioritizing scalability, reliability, and security.
• Employ ReactJS for frontend development as needed, ensuring flawless integration with AEM components for an enhanced user experience.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions within specified timelines, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Act as a subject matter expert in AEM, providing invaluable guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Translate business requirements into precise technical specifications, ensuring alignment with AEM capabilities and industry best practices.
• Utilize AEM and other tools to effectively translate and manipulate data, extracting actionable insights to drive informed decision-making.
• Maintain and enhance AI-driven features within AEM, leveraging cutting-edge machine learning and natural language processing capabilities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java backend development.
• Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including customization, integration, and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of creating APIs and integrating backend systems.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud deployment techniques.
• Proficiency in ReactJS for frontend development.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in data manipulation and analysis, with the ability to derive insights from large datasets.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application within digital experience platforms is a plus.
