Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, enforcing safety procedures, and leading a team of warehouse staff to achieve performance and productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse employees including pickers, packers, and forklift operators.

* Plan and manage inventory levels, receiving schedules, and shipping logistics.

* Ensure all warehouse processes follow company policies and safety regulations.

* Train, evaluate, and provide feedback to team members to promote continuous improvement.

* Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, inventory integrity, and turnaround time.

* Operate warehouse equipment as needed, including forklifts and pallet jacks.

* Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.

* Collaborate with other departments such as purchasing, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics, with supervisory responsibilities.

* Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

* Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

* Forklift certification is a plus.

Work Conditions:

* Full-time position in a warehouse setting; may involve shift work or weekends.

* Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
