Responsibilities - Class A Driver :

Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck in tight spaces and high-traffic areas

Load and unload cargo and correctly deliver food products to businesses in a safe, timely and professional manner

provide excellent customer service to all assigned accounts

develop and maintain positive, cooperative and team-oriented relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers and others you come into contact with through your work (including suppliers, customers, and our customers' customers)

Properly track and document activity log

Follow DOT program laws and regulations

Qualifications - Class A Driver :

Commercial CLASS A CDL driver's license and a clean DMV record

previous experience in truck driving or other related fields

maintain a well-groomed, neat and professional appearance

are committed to delivering exceptional customer service 100% of the time

possess a Safety First mentality

have strong interpersonal and communication skills

ability to work independently

must pass drug / alcohol / background with randoms

Physical requirements include :

using power / manual pallet jacks

lifting and or carrying 55 lbs. repetitively and up to 75 lbs.

pushing and / or pulling and / or manipulating 55 lbs. repetitively and up to 75 lbs.

bending, twisting, stooping, crouching, squat, use arms, wrists, hands and grasping

working indoors and outdoors
