• Create a memorable dining experience by exceeding guest expectations.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service including checking IDs to confirm legal drinking age.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and store to Health, Safety and Hygiene standards at all times Show complete awareness of all the drink and food menus and readiness to explain and recommend food and drink contents.
• Perfect knowledge of POS in place...Toast Communicating any food allergy or special nutrition needs to kitchen staff.
• Ensuring all orders are filled quickly and accurately and that food is high quality.
• Promptly addressing any customer service issues and referring to management if and when necessary A warm and friendly personality, attentive and attention to detail Ability to work well under pressure and still smile!
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
• Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant.

Perform other restaurant duties as assigned. ​ Qualifications:

• 2+3 years of previous experience in customer service, food and beverage Knowledge for sports A Team player Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
