**This position is remote/work from home. You need to reside within the Eastern or Central Time Zones.
The Operations Ma nager will support the Marketing Operations team in achieving the annual Marketing goals set for the department for Manheim, NextGear Capital, IMS, and for Inventory Solutions.
This individual will contribute to the success of the team by performing operations management with Operating Plans both annually and quarterly, communications around budgeting, working through quarterly capacity, becoming a SME (Subject Matter Expert) on our Sales enablement platform SEISMIC and integrated marketing platform Monday.com .
This role will work closely with Marketing internal stakeholders to ensure we are delivering and driving business impact to the organization. This team is responsible for making sure projects are delivered on time, have exceptional quality and show business impact. This role will interact directly with internal stakeholders, vendors and provide platform support to teams related to troubleshooting, new campaign launches, industry trends, and process improvements.
What You’ll Do

Works with both Manheim and NextGear teams with Monday.com to enable the teams to track campaigns and increase transparency.

Drives process, clarity, change, planning.

Cross trained to perform team jobs/tasks.

Who You Are/ Qualifications
Minimum:
-
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years’ experience and/or training in Marketing to understand the business and drive impact for Marketing Operations. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 4 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years’ experience in a related field

Demonstrated experience producing high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Ability to identify, define, and adjust processes, as needed, to improve department function and drive business results

Clear understanding of and ability to effectively communicate deadlines and follow up
