Compensation: $$75-80K plus bonus
As a Sr. Technical Service Representative you represent the company & provide a valuable service to our customers. It is important that you perform the functions of your job in a safe & professional manner.
The Sr. Technical Service Representative will complete work assignments and service accounts according to previous contracts and commitments. Maintain a relationship with key customer personnel and takes full ownership for account retention. This includes calling at executive levels, renewing contracts and selling price increases as needed. Conduct in-plant water sampling, analyses and reporting of results. Collect operating data on equipment and is responsible for maintaining/monitoring the chemical feed program. Complete specialized studies as well as communicate effectively with Sales Reps, Customers and internal employees.
A Sr. Technical Service Representative is responsible for developing customer and prospect rapport and goodwill, for learning the customers’ and prospects’ operations and for becoming a producing member of the company sales and service team.
