Hey, I’m Pete. My wife and I own Journey Auto Repair (New Hope & Andover). I started as a technician, and over the years I’ve experienced both the worst and best this industry has to offer. That’s why we’ve built a company where people—both customers and team members—come first.
Our shops are part of something bigger. They help fund trade schools in Haiti. We’ve given away 50+ cars to local families in need. Our culture is rooted in ownership, alignment, stewardship, and being uncommon. We don’t just fix cars—we serve people.
What You’ll Be Doing
This isn’t just about managing repair orders and scheduling appointments. This is relational, high-ticket consultative sales—where you’ll help customers understand their vehicle needs and confidently guide them toward solutions that protect their investment and their safety.
