Machine Operator
COMPENSATION: $12.00 per hour (base rate)
LOCATION: Concord, MI
JOB TYPE: Full-time
SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
  • First Shift: 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Second Shift: 3:30 PM to 1:30 AM, Monday to Friday
POSITION OVERVIEW: FasTemps, is seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation of machinery to meet production goals while upholding high-quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Operate machinery according to company standards and procedures.
  • Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments for smooth operation.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
