Assistant Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in all aspects of property management operations

• Help with the leasing process, including showing available units and processing applications

• Manage tenant communications, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner

• Conduct regular property inspections to assess maintenance and repair needs

• Assist in preparing and managing budgets and financial reporting

• Coordinate maintenance and repair requests with vendors and service providers

• Oversee community events and resident engagement initiatives to foster a positive living environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in property management or a related field

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
