Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Medical Assistant Clinical Manager to oversee clinical operations at our Chandler and Mesa locations. This role involves managing medical assistant staff, ensuring efficient patient flow, and maintaining high standards of clinical care.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage medical assistant staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

* Coordinate patient flow and ensure efficient clinic operations.

* Maintain clinical supplies and equipment.

* Implement and enforce clinical policies and procedures.

* Assist with patient care as needed, including taking vitals, preparing patients for examinations, and administering injections.

* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

* Address patient and staff concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

* Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification required.

* Strong knowledge of clinical procedures and medical terminology.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Schedule:

* Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Locations:

* Chandler off of Chandler and Dobson and Mesa off of Power and Broadway
