• Shift: Outpatient & Inpatient - 4-day workweek (3 days clinic, 1 day OR)
• Hours/Week: Full-time

• Licensure/Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible, Colorado Medical License (or eligibility)
• Experience: New graduates through 2025 are welcome; ideally 0+ years of practice

• Salary Range: $413,000–$459,000 annually

What You’ll Do:

• Provide outpatient and inpatient Otolaryngology services
• Perform consultations, evaluations, and treatment planning for diverse ENT conditions
• Conduct procedures and surgeries in outpatient and hospital settings, including the OR
• Collaborate with audiologists, APPs, and specialty teams to deliver high-quality patient care
• Manage a patient volume of approximately 20-25 patients per day in clinic
• Participate in call schedules, with a light on-call volume and weekend coverage as needed
• Support a patient-centered, team-based approach to healthcare delivery

What You Need:

• Board Certification in Otolaryngology (or eligibility) and working towards certification if eligible
• Colorado medical license or ability to obtain
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a team environment
• Preferred: Experience in Otology or Laryngology, but not required for new graduates
