- Licensure/Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible, Colorado Medical License (or eligibility)
- Experience: New graduates through 2025 are welcome; ideally 0+ years of practice

- Salary Range: $413,000–$459,000 annually

What You’ll Do:
- Provide outpatient and inpatient Otolaryngology services
- Perform consultations, evaluations, and treatment planning for diverse ENT conditions
- Conduct procedures and surgeries in outpatient and hospital settings, including the OR
- Collaborate with audiologists, APPs, and specialty teams to deliver high-quality patient care
- Manage a patient volume of approximately 20-25 patients per day in clinic
- Participate in call schedules, with a light on-call volume and weekend coverage as needed
- Support a patient-centered, team-based approach to healthcare delivery
What You Need:
- Board Certification in Otolaryngology (or eligibility) and working towards certification if eligible
- Colorado medical license or ability to obtain
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a team environment
- Preferred: Experience in Otology or Laryngology, but not required for new graduates
