Job Summary
Manages the staff of the arcade during an assigned shift. Ensures customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient. Maintains arcade appearance and redemption presentation to company standards. Provides support to team members during peak periods or when scheduling conflicts arise. Requires a high school diploma with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a supervisor role. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Ability to lead and direct the work of others. Must have a flexible schedule and ability to open and close the arcade based on the needs of the business.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
-Assist in all arcade operations, strong cash handling/register experience.
-Customer service and excellent phone skills.
-Regular cleaning & restocking.
-Minor machine maintenance, repair and troubleshooting (full training is provided, no prior experience needed).
-Minimize the opportunity for theft by consistently maintaining secure cash and other forms of payment control throughout the arcade.
-Promote arcade-wide organization of supplies, merchandise, office areas, arcade floor

-Must have a minimum of 4 yrs supervisor experience/customer service (clothing, specialty, shopping malls, other entertainment facilities, "big box", etc) and cash handling.
-Must adhere to Pinballz dress code guidelines.
-Must maintain strong professionalism in order to promote yourself and the Pinballz Arcade image.
-Must be able to work constructively with staff and customers while maintaining maturity and professionalism.
-Must be able to take direction from arcade managers.
-Enjoy working in an environment where there is a population of children.
-Flexible & open availability preferred (minimum of 3 full days of availability required).
-Previous restaurant or food service industry experience is a plus (as are TABC and food handling certifications).
