OPEN JOB: RN Nurse Manager - Operating Room
LOCATION: Torrance, California
SALARY: $152,000 to $239,000

Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum 5 years of RN experience working in a hospital / acute care setting.
  • Minimum 5 years of direct RN clinical experience working in a dedicated Operating Room in a Hospital
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Nurse Leadership positions (Charge RN, Supervisor, ANM, Manager)

Job Description
  • RN Nurse Manager for the Operating Room at this 500 bed hospital in Torrance, CA. This position is Full-Time and will oversee the total operations and clinical team members of the Operating Room.
  • Accountable for the delivery of high quality nursing care and for the administrative management of the nursing unit on a 24 hour basis. Fulfills all duties and responsibilities associated with the unit manager position.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • NNR for employees in L&D, NICU, Nursery, Postpartum (Postpartum - within 90 days from date of hire; Other - within 180 days of completion of clinical orientation)
  • 5 years' Experience within specialty.
  • 3 years Management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Nursing.
