Client Service Representative, Summit

Summit Veterinary Referral Center is hiring a Full time Client Service Representative for our Front Desk!

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a reliable and friendly Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team.
• In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, greeting them warmly and checking them in to the hospital.
• You will be responsible for assisting clients, discussing fees and payment options, answering questions about emergency cases that may need to be seen, and collecting deposits and payments.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients with a friendly demeanor and provide exceptional customer service Assess patients at arrival and determine the appropriate level of care needed for each pet Discuss clinic fees and payment options Answer client questions regarding clinic services and pet care Communicate with veterinary technicians and veterinarians regarding patients status Maintain client information and medical records in an accurate and organized manner Qualifications: Prior experience in customer service or veterinary setting preferred, but not required Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work well in a fast-paced and stressful environment Detail-oriented and able to accurately manage and prioritize tasks Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy Compassionate and caring attitude towards pets and their owners Operations: Client Services operates 7 days a week, we are seeking someone with flexible availability.

Anticipated schedule options:

• Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 6am-6pm or Overnight 6pm-6am.

Compensation:

• Hourly pay range- $18.00 - $23.00 depending on experience Night differential paid for any hours worked within 6pm-6am Why Summit: Summit Veterinary Referral Center is the largest Emergency and Specialty Center in the South Puget Sound.
