Job description
Urgently looking for a responsible Office Assistant, You're expected to perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties. All candidates will be considered regardless of nationality, gender, religious preferences or race, age, marital status, national origin, citizenship status, disability or veteran status. Duties:- Answering the phones, taking messages and directing calls Meeting and greeting any guests Sorting mail Filing Data entry Database maintenanc Requirements:- Handle telephone inquiries courteously and accurately Document all inquiries in system Inputting patients appointments, and records Assisting providers with members care issues Training provided At least 18 or a high school graduate Benefits:- Flexible work – work part time around classes and full time during breaks. Schedule around other obligations with an option to work extra when needed. Excellent training – we’ve been training sales representatives to do well for over 35 years. Even if someone doesn’t decide to stay with us long term, the sales & communication skills they build are needed for any major.
