Roles & Responsibilities
• Possess good experience in managing secure device assets using customized management tools and technologies.
• Prior experience with Microsoft OneIdentity including managing tenant administration for private domains, as well as handling compliance and auditing responsibilities.
• Experience in overseeing OEMs (Dell, Lenovo, and HP), including validating hardware SKUs approved by customers and coordinating competitive pricing to procure larger orders for company users across various services.
• Experience in handling year-end accrual s required for customer review, including generating burndown reports as requested by FTEs.
• Experience in managing financial management and tool development in anticipation of changing scopes of work.
• Global experience in managing business administrators and stakeholders who support the distribution of devices as specified by company.
• Technical expertise in evaluating the state of the devices and engaging OEM running the tools prescribed by Microsoft.
• Experience working with safe disposal team to PCR out of warranty devices having hardware issues.
• Strong experience working on the JITBIT tools and technologies.
• Generate PBI reports for the scope of work delivered with business insights to FTE Manager.
• Strong emphasis on exceptional customer service and focus skills.
• Proficient in Procurement and Inventory Management.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure technologies.
• Motivated to drive innovation and enhance processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
