Job description

Essential Functions

  • Driving Business Performance: Analyze business operations and implement strategies to enhance profitability and efficiency.Work closely with franchisees to develop and execute business plans that drive revenue and growth.
  • Financial Analysis and Performance Monitoring: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to uncover areas for improvement in revenue generation and cost management.Regularly review financial statements and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to franchisees.
  • Setting Goals and Tracking Progress: Collaborate with franchisees to set realistic yet challenging business goals.Monitor progress against these goals, offering regular feedback and adjustment strategies as needed.
  • Maintaining Effective Relationships for Optimal Influence: Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.Use influence and expertise to guide franchisees towards decisions that benefit both their individual operations and the brand as a whole.
  • Sharing Best Practices: Identify and disseminate successful strategies and practices from top-performing franchisees across the network.Organize workshops and training sessions to educate franchisees on industry trends and operational excellence.

Job Summary

The Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) role is crucial in elevating the success of our restaurant franchise network. Tasked with analyzing and optimizing franchise operations, the FBC identifies key areas for improving efficiency and profitability. This involves collaborating closely with franchisees to develop strategic business plans that drive revenue growth and operational excellence. Financial stewardship is central to the FBC's responsibilities, encompassing in-depth analysis of financials to bolster revenue and manage costs effectively. Setting ambitious yet attainable goals for each franchise, the FBC tracks progress meticulously, providing insights and adjustments to align with these objectives. Maintaining brand integrity is paramount; the FBC ensures consistent adherence to brand values and quality across all locations through influence and consultations with their franchisees. Building strong, trust-based relationships with franchisees is key, leveraging their influence to guide decision-making that benefits both the individual franchises and the brand as a whole. The ultimate goal of the FBC is to nurture a network of thriving, financially robust franchises that exemplify the standards and aspirations of our brands.
