Job Requirements: DO YOU:

• have at least 1 year Caregiving Experience - this can be personal care for a family member or in the field as a caregiver?
• have a valid Driver's License & Auto Insurance?
• have a TB screening with Result that is less than 12 months old?

ARE YOU ABLE TO:

• pass a criminal background check?
• pass a drug test?

Responsibilities:

• Companionship, Conversation, & Activities
• Stand-by Assist, Mobility, Transfers
• Dementia care, Supervision, Redirection
• Meal Preparation, Medication Reminders
• Personal Hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Light Housekeeping
• Occasional Transportation – errands or appointments
