We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective management of customer service operations. You will oversee a team of customer service representatives, develop strategies to improve customer service processes, and implement best practices to enhance overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze customer service performance metrics.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner.
- Identify trends in customer issues and implement solutions to improve service.
- Conduct regular training sessions for customer service staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer interactions.
Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices for customer service excellence. Requirements:
Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar managerial role.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and customer service orientation.
Proficiency in ERP software (Prefer Microsoft AX Dynamics) and MS Office.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
Additional certification in Customer Service is a plus.
