Good Times is on the lookout for a Shift Manager who wants to grow with our company.
A Shift Manager is someone who leads by example. Someone that feels comfortable learning the Good Times way and teaching others how to do the same. You would be responsible for running multiple shifts in a given week and have confidence in leading the team.

· Have a passion for hiring, training and developing team members.
· Follow Good Times process and procedure once you are a trained expert on them.
· Find safety standards a must in everything you do.
The job requirements:
· You have recent fast food management experience.
· Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
· Ability to lift 50 lbs. (sometimes repetitively – getting your workout on).
· Proficient in English.
