CSS is working with a nationally ranked law firm seeking a detail oriented and enthusiastic Mailroom Clerk/Runner.
Responsibilities:
Perform delivery and pickup of mail & packages to/from the post office, firm clients and courts, and
Process daily mail using mailing software
Organize and maintain mailroom inventory and equipment
There will be driving involved
Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License
Previous law firm experience
MVR Background check, employees must have a CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
Well organized and detail oriented
Excellent time management skills
Ability to multitask
Punctual
Excellent attendance
Good communication skills
Good computer skills
Team player
Adaptability
Positive attitude
High school diploma/GED is a must
