Compensation:

$140,400 - $196,300 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their home-buying decisions.
  • Collaborate with our team to schedule and conduct showings, maximizing opportunities for client engagement.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the local real estate market to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist in the preparation of necessary documentation, ensuring a smooth transaction process for all parties involved.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term connections.
  • Stay organized and manage your schedule efficiently to accommodate multiple showings and client meetings each day.

Qualifications:
  • Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring clients feel heard and understood.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Familiarity with the Tacoma, WA real estate market or a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle documentation and transaction processes smoothly.
  • Comfortable using technology and real estate software to enhance client interactions and streamline processes.
