Department Overview
Position Summary
Responsible for the evaluation and provision of occupational therapy services to children; the accompanying written documentation and verbal communication needed to administer care including physician orders; provides patient/family/caregivers, staff and student training; provides a safe, clean environment; provides proper care for departmental equipment; manages time effectively and promotes patient/family, physician and intradepartmental satisfaction. All of the position's duties are performed within Children's Hospitals and Clinics Standards of Behavior.
This is a primarily inpatient position located at Children's Minnesota - Minneapolis. Potential to float to other Children's inpatient sites/departments as patient census requires, including weekend rotation in Minneapolis/St. Paul hospitals one of every four weekends.
