We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing organization that is adding multiple Manufacturing Recruiters to support salaried hiring across engineering, operations, accounting, and leadership roles. These positions are onsite in Naperville, IL, and best suited for recruiters who value close partnership with hiring managers and a true corporate recruiting environment.
This opportunity is flexible by level. Depending on experience, scope may include broader technical or multi-site recruiting exposure over time.
Responsibilities
Own full lifecycle recruiting for salaried manufacturing and engineering positions
Partner closely with hiring managers on hiring plans, role requirements, and talent strategy
Source, screen, and interview candidates using a mix of direct sourcing, ATS, and referrals
Build and maintain pipelines for critical salaried roles
Track recruiting activity and contribute to process improvements
Support employer branding initiatives, recruiting events, and outreach efforts
Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience
Requirements
Background recruiting salaried employees in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Experience hiring engineers, operations professionals, accounting, and management-level roles
Proven full lifecycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment
Strong sourcing skills and ATS proficiency
Ability to manage multiple searches in an onsite, team-based setting
Preferred
Engineering or technical recruiting experience
Exposure to multi-site or global recruiting environments
Spanish language skills or Mexico recruiting experience
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: approximately $95,000–$120,000 depending on experience
Quarterly incentive eligibility
