[job_card.job_description]Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering 5+ years of traffic engineering, traffic operations or ITS project experience Engineering Intern (EI) certificate or PE license Experience / knowledge of local industry Working knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD Civil 3D and / or MicroStation) Working knowledge of Synchro, SimTraffic, HCS, VISSIM or other similar software Experience with design projects / traffic studies preferred

Responsibilities :
- Lead traffic planning, studies, design, and operations tasks / projects
Improve traffic operations, safety, and pedestrian circulation for
cities / communities
Requirements :
