Position Overview:

As a Retail Sales Associate at Clothes Mentor Buford, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. You will assist customers in finding the perfect outfits, accessories, and footwear, while ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience. Your knowledge of fashion trends, product inventory, and exceptional communication skills will enable you to build lasting relationships with our valued customers. You will also contribute to maintaining store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

- Greet customers with a friendly and approachable demeanor, providing assistance and guidance throughout their shopping experience.

-Utilize product knowledge to recommend appropriate clothing, shoes, and accessories based on customers' preferences, body type, and occasion.

-Build strong customer relationships by delivering personalized and attentive service.

2.Sales and Merchandising:

-Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product inventory, including brands, styles, sizes, and pricing.

-Actively promote sales and special offers to customers, aiming to maximize revenue and meet sales targets.

-Ensure a visually appealing and organized sales floor through effective merchandising and product presentation.

-Replenish merchandise and participate in inventory management, including tagging, labeling, and restocking items.

3.Store Operations:

-Contribute to store cleanliness and organization, including maintaining fitting rooms and restocking supplies as needed.

-Stay updated on current fashion trends, industry knowledge, and product information to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
