Manna Fellowship Church (Manna) is a loving, Christ-centered, biblically based Church in the Kansas City region of Missouri. We are a vibrant, nine year’s young growing Church with a congregation of people and still growing by God’s grace and power. We are fully engaged in reaching our community, state, and world with the love of Jesus Christ.

Because of our growth, we are expanding our team to include a full-time Associate Pastor position. This position will focus on three key areas : Congregational Care, Assimilation, and Adult Education.

We are seeking a dynamic individual who is passionate about shepherding God's people, equipping believers for ministry, and advancing the mission and vision of the church.

As Associate Pastor, you will work in close collaboration with the Lead Pastor and other ministry leaders to provide spiritual guidance, leadership, and pastoral care to the congregation.

The Associate Pastor will work under the supervision of the Lead Pastor and will fulfill other ministry duties as needed. Our candidate should have a minimum of five years proven experience in a Lead Pastor or Associate Pastor role caring for congregation members, teaching and preaching.

The Associate Pastor should be enthusiastic, energetic, and capable of ministering to people from all walks of life and backgrounds. The candidate must show innovation in reaching, teaching, and discipling families to draw closer to Christ.

The candidate must possess a BA or Master’s in theology, education, or other post-secondary degree.
