Days/hours/shifts/weekends/Call?
Physician shall maintain Division's office hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday). Said efforts shall include a minimum of six separate 4-hour clinic sessions per week as scheduled by Division. Any changes to schedule must be approved by the Division. Call will be shared equally among the orthopedic surgeons with maximum call being 1 day per week on Monday through Thursday, 1 weekend per month, and 1 holiday per year. Compensation for any additional days of call taken, other than the regular assigned call will be paid directly to the Physician upon reconciliation of call pay from the hospital. Weekday call begins at 7 a.m., and ends at 7 a.m. the following day. Weekend call begins at 7 a.m. on Friday, and ends at 7 a.m. the following Monday.
Comp Range? 300K-350K based on experience
Any Bonus structure?50% above a threshold of $600-$700K (2 x base salary)
