Job Description:
Microchip is looking for a dynamic Senior Client Engagement Manager (Sr. CEM) to help drive Design Wins to Revenue, within a selectgroup of OEM customers, located in the Greater Bay Area.
Responsibilities include:
Utilize the Microchip Sales Processes to drive design wins to revenue at select target customers.
Provide technical and business insight at every level ofthe customerengagement.
The Sr. CEM owns and drives the company relationship with the assigned customer base.
The Sr. CEM must effectively work within a team environment, to successfully develop and implement sales strategies.
Communicate effectively with Microchip Product divisions.
The ideal candidate will beself motivated, and aspire to provide the customer with the highest level of support.
Maintain anup to dateknowledge of theircustomer’sproducts, market, competitive landscape and internal organization.
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
Requirements/Qualifications:
9+ years of sales experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
Excellent judgment andself directedwork style
Strong project management / customer support skills
Excellentcommunicationsand writing skills
A strong drive to win within a competitive environment
Strong personal and professional values
Leads by example
Works collaboratively in a "team based" environment

We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry. It consists of competitive base pay, restricted stock units, and quarterly bonus payments. In addition to these components, our package includes health benefits that begin day one, retirement savings plans, and an industry leading ESPP program with a 2 year look back feature.
