Recruitment Trainee
  • Jij verbindt IT-talent aan jouw opdracht;
  • Je zoekt actief naar kandidaten en voert gesprekken (belangst is dus niet handig)
  • Je begeleidt kandidaten tijdens het sollicitatieproces;
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je salescollega’s om resultaat te behalen.

Sales Trainee
  • Jij opent deuren bij nieuwe klanten en bouwt relaties op;
  • Je voert koude acquisitie en bouwt je eigen business op;
  • Je adviseert klanten over hun personeelsplanning;
  • Je onderhandelt over voorwaarden en sluit deals;
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je recruitmentcollega's.

Je werkt in een energiek team vanuit onze kantoren in:
📍 Rotterdam – 📍 Gouda – 📍 Utrecht – 📍 Eindhoven

Functie-eisen
Bij Experis hechten wij meer waarde aan jou als persoon dan aan jouw werkervaring. Ervaring is dus niet verplicht, maar we vragen wel het volgende:
  • Minimaal een hbo-diploma (dit is bijvoorbeeld een ideale startersfunctie);
  • Beschikbaarheid van 40 uur per week;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, vanwege de communicatie met kandidaten en collega’s;
  • Een flinke dosis doorzettingsvermogen.

  • Startsalaris vanaf € 3.000 (afhankelijk van rol en ervaring)
