MDS Coordinator / Registered Nurse
Greenwich Woods Rehabilitation seeks a full time MDS Coordinator. Our beautiful facility has served the Fairfield and Westchester Counties for more than thirty years and is located within proximity to all major highways.
We are committed to providing exemplary service and are always looking for qualified and compassionate professionals to join our team.
Candidate must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut with previous experience in the completion of resident assessments in a long-term skilled nursing setting.
