Net Developer

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

2. 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET technologies.

3. Proven experience in a leadership or technical leadership role, overseeing a team of developers.

4. In-depth knowledge of .NET framework, C#, , , C++, OnBase and related technologies.

5. Experience with modern web development frameworks such as Core, Angular, or React.

6. Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.

7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

8. Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

9. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum or Kanban.

10. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert are a plus.
