What You’ll Do
- Provide expert neonatal intensive care in a Level III NICU setting with 40 beds
- Utilize advanced therapies such as HFOV, HFJV, inhaled nitric oxide, and targeted hypothermia
- Collaborate closely with pediatric surgery and cardiology specialists
- Coordinate with neonatal transport teams for patient transfers and emergencies
- Deliver care in a family-centered, single-family room NICU environment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, safety protocols, and clinical research
- Contribute to a team culture committed to innovation, education, and compassionate family support
What You Need
Required:
- Virginia medical license or eligibility
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
- Minimum 2 years of NICU experience
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience with advanced neonatal therapies
- Prior work in a Level III NICU setting
