What You’ll Do

• Provide expert neonatal intensive care in a Level III NICU setting with 40 beds
• Utilize advanced therapies such as HFOV, HFJV, inhaled nitric oxide, and targeted hypothermia
• Collaborate closely with pediatric surgery and cardiology specialists
• Coordinate with neonatal transport teams for patient transfers and emergencies
• Deliver care in a family-centered, single-family room NICU environment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, safety protocols, and clinical research
• Contribute to a team culture committed to innovation, education, and compassionate family support

What You Need

Required:

• Virginia medical license or eligibility
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience with advanced neonatal therapies
• Prior work in a Level III NICU setting
