Senior Living of Buffalo -

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven history of achieving results.


Salary: $66,000-$70,000 plus a competitive bonus structure


Sales Manager Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads by effectively communicating the community’s value through local outreach, public relations, advertising coordination, direct mail, and other marketing efforts.

  • Accurately maintain the Community’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database by collecting and entering information about new inquiries, as well as recording consistent and appropriate follow-up communications with both new and active inquiries and prospective residents.

  • Follow up on all leads in a timely manner and document all interactions in the CRM system.

  • Respond promptly to all inquiries while offering guidance and support.

  • Conduct walk-in and scheduled tours for prospective residents and their families.

  • Close sales to meet company goals.

    Sales Manager Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum of two years of sales experience in the senior living industry.

  • A proven track record of generating and closing a high percentage of qualified leads is preferred.

  • Working knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
