Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Community and Email Marketing Specialist to build and manage the Mailchimp Academy learning community, develop and implement effective content and email marketing strategies, and analyze engagement metrics to improve communication efforts. This role involves close collaboration with instructional design, program management, and product teams to ensure alignment with key initiatives and product launches. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enhancing online community engagement and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
